Happy mamas are our number one priority. If you're not happy with your order, we are happy to accept it for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt (based on courier notification of delivery). Please email us at info@gembar.co to request a return.

Please note:
• Item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
• All customized/personalized items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• All shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges must be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
• All refunds come in form of store credit only.
